Job summary

Paris Baguette is seeking a seasoned Project Development & Construction Manager to lead cafe development, remodels, and openings across the US. You will coordinate design, permitting, budgets, and timelines, applying Paris Baguette standards and working with franchisees and external partners.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Training, Supply Chain, and Legal to ensure smooth openings and ongoing brand integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction, Business, Hospitality, Operations, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of progressive experience in construction project management, café/restaurant development, or related fields.
• Experience with franchise development and supporting franchisees is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage development for new, relocated, and remodel café projects from test-fit to opening.
• Coordinate with architects, vendors, and franchisees to meet standards, budget, and timeline.
• Lead cross-functional opening coordination with Marketing, Operations, Training, and Supply Chain.
• Develop scopes, budgets, schedules, and risk mitigation plans for projects.
• Provide guidance to franchisees to ensure compliant openings and ongoing support.
