Job summary

Paris Baguette North America is seeking a Director of Construction to lead all aspects of café development projects, including scope definition, budgeting, vendor management, and coordination with franchisees. The role requires strong project management and leadership across cross-functional teams to ensure timely openings that meet brand standards.

The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of relevant experience in high-volume environments, travel flexibility, and a deep understanding of retail

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction, Business, Hospitality, Operations, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in construction project management, café/restaurant development, retail development, or related field.
• Experience with franchise development and supporting franchisees preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage development, relocation, and remodel café projects from test-fit to opening.
• Coordinate with Franchise owners, Operations, Marketing, Training, HR, Finance, IT, Legal and Real Estate teams.
• Ensure projects meet design standards, budget, scope, and timeline; manage vendors and contractors.
• Lead franchise openings, onboarding, and operational readiness; provide post-opening support.
