Job summary

Station Casinos in Henderson, NV, is seeking a Cook to support the Executive Chef and team. You will help with cooking, frying, sautéing, carving, broiling, grilling and steaming a range of meats, fish, eggs and vegetables, while maintaining kitchen cleanliness and order.

Description:

Room Chef and Asst. Room Chef. The cook ensures that the kitchen and
equipment are in good working order, maintains cleanliness, safety and
sanitation standards. Supports Chef's in cooking, frying, sautéing,
carving, broiling, grilling, steaming all meats, fish, eggs, vegetables,
etc. Maintain cleanliness of area as well as keeping cold items stocked.
Ensure kitchen area and equipment are in good working order.

Qualifications:

Minimum of one to two years Cook experience in a high volume

Descripción:

Apoya directamente al Chef Ejecutivo, Chef Ejecutivo Asistente,
