Job summary

Station Casinos is seeking a Cook to support the Executive Chef and kitchen team in a high-volume casino kitchen. You will assist with cooking, frying, sautéing, grilling, broiling, and maintaining sanitation and safety standards.

If you have 1–2 years of cook experience and can obtain work authorization, you will contribute to keeping the kitchen running smoothly and ensuring quality meals for guests.

• Must be able to obtain all necessary work cards.

Responsibilities

• Assist with cooking, frying, sautéing, carving, broiling, grilling, and steaming all meats, fish, eggs, and vegetables.

• Support the Executive Chef and other kitchen leaders to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Description:

Directly supports the Executive Chef, Asst. Executive Chef,Room Chef and Asst. Room Chef. The cook ensures that the kitchen andequipment are in good working order, maintains cleanliness, safety andsanitation standards. Supports Chef's in cooking, frying, sautéing,carving, broiling, grilling, steaming all meats, fish, eggs, vegetables,etc. Maintain cleanliness of area as well as keeping cold items stocked.Ensure kitchen area and equipment are in good working order.

Qualifications:

Minimum of one to two years Cook experience in a high volumerestaurant preferred. Must be able to obtain all necessary work cards,demonstrate sound judgment and great attention to detail.

Apoya directamente al Chef Ejecutivo, Chef Ejecutivo Asistente,Chef de Habitación y Chef de Habitación Asistente.
