Job summary

INNERGY is seeking a Solutions Engineer to act as the technical bridge between CAD/CAM product and custom manufacturers across North America. This fully remote role partners with Sales to drive pre‑sales success and translate customer needs into practical CAD/CAM outcomes.

You’ll demonstrate workflows from design through CNC output, contribute to production libraries, and support proofs‑of‑concepts in fast‑paced SaaS environments. Travel up to 25% for events and customer visits is expected.

Qualifications

• Background in architectural millwork, cabinetry, or casework preferred.
• 3+ years in Solutions Engineering or similar in manufacturing software or CAD/CAM.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical pre-sales cycle for CAD/CAM from discovery to close.
• Lead tailored product demonstrations showing CAD-based workflows.
• Translate customer requirements into scalable CAD/CAM solutions.
• Guide customers through engineer-to-order and custom manufacturing.
• Support validations, PoCs, and complex deals.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align needs with capabilities.
