Ideal candidates have 3+ years in Solutions Engineering or technical consulting within manufacturing software or CAD/CAM environments, with hands-on CAD/CAM experience and travel up to 25% for events and customer visits.

Qualifications

• Experience with CAD/CAM software in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong pre-sales and customer-facing skills.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into scalable CAD/CAM solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical pre-sales cycle for CAD/CAM, from discovery to close.
• Lead tailored product demonstrations of CAD-based design and manufacturing workflows.
• Translate customer requirements into scalable CAD/CAM solutions (libraries, automation, outputs).
• Guide customers through engineer-to-order and custom manufacturing contexts.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align customer needs with capabilities.
• Represent the voice of the customer to product, engineering, and sales leadership.
