Job summary

INNERGY is seeking a Solutions Engineer to act as the technical bridge between CAD/CAM product capabilities and custom manufacturers across North America. You will partner with Sales to drive pre-sales engagement and demonstrate how CAD/CAM can transform workflows from design through CNC output.

The role requires ~3+ years in a related field, hands-on CAD/CAM experience, and willingness to travel up to 25%. Fully remote position open to candidates across North America.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or technical consulting in manufacturing software or CAD/CAM environments.
• Hands-on experience with CAD/CAM software and related tooling (Toolbox, libraries, post-processors).
• Background in architectural millwork, cabinetry, or cabinetry-related manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical pre-sales cycle for CAD/CAM from discovery through close.
• Lead tailored demonstrations of CAD-based design, engineering, and manufacturing workflows.
• Translate customer requirements into scalable CAD/CAM solutions and production outputs.
• Guide customers on engineer-to-order and custom manufacturing use cases.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align customer needs with capabilities.
• Represent INNERGY at industry events and trade shows.
