Job summary

INNERGY is seeking a Solutions Engineer to bridge CAD/CAM product capabilities with custom manufacturers across North America. You will partner with Sales to demonstrate CAD-based design and manufacturing workflows, translating customer needs into scalable solutions that drive faster, more efficient production from design to CNC output.

Ideal candidates have experience in millwork or cabinetry and can articulate complex concepts clearly with shop owners and engineers while traveling up to 25%

Qualifications

• Ability to build trust quickly with shop owners, engineers, and production managers.
• Consultative, problem-first mindset to identify bottlenecks and map to CAD/CAM solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate complex capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales to own the technical pre-sales cycle for CAD/CAM.
• Lead tailored product demonstrations of CAD/CAM workflows for prospects.
• Translate customer requirements into scalable CAD/CAM solutions (libraries, automation).
• Guide prospects on engineer-to-order and custom manufacturing environments.
• Support technical validations, proofs-of-concept, and complex deal cycles.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align customer needs with capabilities.
• Represent the customer voice to Product, Engineering, and Sales leadership.
• Refine demo environments, libraries, renderings, and outputs.
• Represent INNERGY at industry trade shows and events.
• Support education sessions, webinars, and Lunch & Learn events.
