Job Details

Type: Full-Time

Pay: $15 - $20/hr+

Responsibilities

• Install, disconnect, reconnect, add, change, and troubleshoot cable TV, internet, telephone, and/or alarm equipment.
• Identify and remedy sources of customer-perceived issues.
• Complete paperwork accurately and report/record work order status updates.
• Greet customers in the home and conduct a walkthrough.
• Review all requested services with the customer to ensure understanding and agreement.
• Interact professionally and courteously with customers, including responding to escalations and repeated concerns.
• Educate customers on product and service usage.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required
• Minimum 18 years old

• Comfortable working in tight spaces and in inclement weather
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and travel/extend hours as needed
