Job Details

• Type: Full-Time
• Pay: $15 - $20/hr+

Responsibilities

1. Install, disconnect, reconnect, add, change, and troubleshoot cable TV, internet, telephone, and/or alarm equipment.
2. Identify and resolve sources of customer-perceived issues.
3. Complete paperwork accurately and report/update work order status.
4. Greet customers and conduct home walkthroughs.
5. Review services with customers to ensure understanding.
6. Interact professionally with customers, including escalations.
7. Educate customers on product and service usage.
