What You’ll Do…

1. Install, disconnect, reconnect, add, change, and troubleshoot cable TV, internet, telephone, and/or alarm equipment.
2. Identify and remedy sources of customer-perceived issues.
3. Complete paperwork accurately and report/record work order status updates.
4. Perform customer service duties, including greeting customers, reviewing requested services, interacting professionally, and educating customers about products and services.
