Prince Telecom is currently hiring full-time entry-level Cable Technicians in the Milwaukee, WI area to help connect America!

Job Details

Type: Full-Time

Pay: $15 - $20/hr+

Responsibilities

1. Install, disconnect, reconnect, add, change, and troubleshoot cable TV, internet, telephone, and/or alarm equipment.
2. Identify and remedy sources of customer-perceived issues.
3. Complete paperwork accurately and report/record work order status updates.
4. Greet customers in the home and conduct a walkthrough.
5. Review requested services with the customer for understanding and agreement.
6. Interact professionally and courteously with customers, including responding to escalations and repeated concerns.
7. Educate customers about product and service usage.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license
• Minimum 18 years old
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• High school diploma or GED
• Comfortable working in tight spaces and in various weather conditions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, travel, and work extended hours including weekends
• Ability to lift and carry ladders up to 80 lbs
