Job Details

Type: Full-Time

Pay: $15 - $20/hr+

Responsibilities

• Install, disconnect, reconnect, add, change, and troubleshoot cable TV, internet, telephone, and/or alarm equipment.
• Identify and remedy sources of customer-perceived issues.
• Complete paperwork accurately and report work order status updates.
• Greet customers, conduct walkthroughs, review services, and ensure understanding and agreement.
• Interact professionally with customers, including responding to escalations and concerns.
• Educate customers on product and service usage.

Candidate Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Minimum 18 years old

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment, travel, and work extended hours, including weekends and overtime
