Prince Telecom is hiring full-time entry-level Cable Technicians in Milwaukee, WI to help connect America!

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: $15 - $20/hr+

Responsibilities:

1. Install, disconnect, reconnect, add, change, and troubleshoot cable TV, internet, telephone, and/or alarm equipment.
2. Identify and remedy sources of customer-perceived issues.
3. Complete paperwork accurately and report/record work order status updates.
4. Greet customers in their homes and conduct walkthroughs.
5. Review requested services with customers to ensure understanding and agreement.
6. Interact professionally and courteously with customers, including responding to escalations and repeated concerns.
7. Educate customers on product and service usage.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license
• Minimum 18 years old

• Comfortable working in tight spaces and in inclement weather
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment, travel, and work extended hours including weekends if necessary
