Job Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Pay: $15 - $20/hr+

Responsibilities

• Install, disconnect, reconnect, add, change, and troubleshoot cable TV, internet, telephone, and/or alarm equipment.
• Identify and remedy sources of customer-perceived issues.
• Complete paperwork accurately and report/record work order status updates.
• Perform customer service duties, including greeting customers, reviewing requested services, responding professionally to escalations, and educating customers on product and service usage.
