Prince Telecom is currently hiring full-time entry level Cable Technicians in the Milwaukee, WI area to help connect America!

Job Details

• Type: Full-Time
• Pay: $15 - $20/hr+

Responsibilities

• Install, disconnect, reconnect, add, change, and troubleshoot cable TV, internet, telephone, and/or alarm equipment.
• Identify and remedy sources of customer-perceived issues.
• Complete paperwork accurately and report/record work order status updates.
• Greet customers and conduct walkthroughs in their homes.
• Review requested services with customers to ensure understanding and agreement.
• Interact professionally and courteously with customers, including during escalations.
• Educate customers on product and service usage.
