Job Details

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: $15 - $20/hr+

Responsibilities

• Install, disconnect, reconnect, add, change, and troubleshoot cable TV, internet, telephone, and/or alarm equipment.
• Identify and remedy sources of customer-perceived issues.
• Complete paperwork accurately and report/update work order status.
• Greet customers and conduct walkthroughs in the home.
• Review services with customers to ensure understanding and agreement.
• Interact professionally and courteously, including when responding to escalations.
• Educate customers on product and service usage.

Candidate Requirements
