Job Details

Type: Full-Time

Pay: $15 - $20/hr+

Responsibilities

• Install, disconnect, reconnect, add, change, and troubleshoot cable TV, internet, telephone, and/or alarm equipment.
• Identify and resolve customer-perceived issues.
• Complete paperwork accurately and report/update work order status.
• Greet customers and conduct walkthroughs in their homes.
• Review services with customers to ensure understanding and agreement.
• Interact professionally and courteously with customers, including handling escalations.
• Educate customers on product and service usage.

Candidate Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Minimum 18 years old

• Comfortable working in tight spaces and in various weather conditions
• Able to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
• Willing to travel and work extended hours, including weekends and overtime
