Prince Telecom is currently hiring full-time entry-level Cable Technicians in the Milwaukee, WI area to help connect America!

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: $15 - $20/hr+

What you’ll do…

• Install, disconnect, reconnect, add, change, and troubleshoot cable TV, internet, telephone, and/or alarm equipment.
• Identify and resolve customer-perceived issues.
• Complete paperwork accurately and report work order status updates.
• Greet customers in their homes and conduct walkthroughs.
• Review requested services with customers to ensure understanding and agreement.
• Interact professionally and courteously with customers, including handling escalations and repeated concerns.
• Educate customers on product and service usage.

Who we are looking for…

• Valid driver's license required
• Minimum 18 years old
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• High school diploma or GED
• Comfortable working in tight spaces (crawl spaces, attics, etc.)
• Willing to work in inclement weather
• Able to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
• Able to travel and work extended hours, including overtime and weekends if necessary
• Ability to lift, climb, and carry ladders weighing up to 80 lbs
