Prince Telecom is currently hiring full-time entry-level Cable Technicians in the Milwaukee, WI area to help connect America!

Job Details

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: $15 - $20/hr+

Responsibilities

1. Install, disconnect, reconnect, add, change, and troubleshoot cable TV, internet, telephone, and/or alarm equipment.
2. Identify and remedy sources of customer-perceived issues.
3. Complete paperwork accurately and report/record work order status updates.
4. Greet customers in the home and conduct a walkthrough.
5. Review all requested services with the customer to ensure understanding and agreement.
6. Interact professionally and courteously with customers, including responding to escalations and repeated concerns.
7. Educate customers on product and service usage.

Qualifications

1. Valid driver's license required
2. Minimum 18 years old
3. Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
4. High school diploma or GED
5. Comfortable working in tight spaces (crawl spaces, attics, etc.)
6. Comfortable working in inclement weather
7. Able to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
8. Able to travel and work extended hours, including overtime and weekends if necessary
9. Ability to lift, climb, and carry ladders weighing up to 80 lbs
