Job summary

InteLogix is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support our California operations remotely. The role partners with senior HR management to manage employee relations, onboarding, performance management, and compliance across designated regions.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in HR or related field and at least five years of progressive HR experience, with strong knowledge of CA wage and hour rules, CFRA/PDL, and HRIS proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business admin, or related field or relevant experience.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, generalist preferred.
• 5+ years supporting California employees, CA wage/hour, CFRA/PDL, PAGA, CA compliance.
• Knowledge of compensation, organizational diagnosis, employee/union relations, diversity, performance management, and employment laws.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with HRIS systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing personnel policies and procedures; maintain handbook.
• Handle employee relations counseling, outplacement, and exit interviews.
• Attend administrative staff meetings and seminars.
• Maintain HRIS records and generate reports.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local employment and benefits laws.
• Support performance management processes including disciplinary actions.
• Conduct HR investigations and provide recommendations.
