Job summary

InteLogix is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support designated regions with a primary focus in California. This remote, full-time role requires 5+ years in HR, including CA wage/hour rules, CFRA/PDL leave, and PAGA exposure.

You will handle employee relations, training, onboarding, policy implementation, and compliance across multiple states. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in HR or related field, strong HRIS and MS Office skills, and the ability to handle confidential information

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field or relevant experience.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a generalist role.
• 5+ years of HR generalist experience supporting California employees, including CA wage/hour rules, CFRA/PDL leave, PAGA, and CA compliance.
• Knowledge across compensation, organizational diagnosis, employee/union relations, diversity, performance management and employment laws.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development and implementation of policies; maintain handbook and policies.
• Handle employee relations counseling, outplacement and exit interviewing.
• Participate in staff meetings and trainings.
• Maintain HRIS records and compile reports.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local laws and regulations.
• Support performance management, including disciplinary actions.
• Conduct HR investigations and provide recommendations.
