Job summary

InteLogix is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to partner with senior HR management across designated regions, with a primary focus in California. The role covers employee relations, onboarding, training, performance management, policy implementation, and employment law compliance.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field and 5+ years of experience, including CA-specific HR knowledge and confidential data handling. This is a remote, full-time role with benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business admin, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably as a generalist.
• Experience supporting California employees and CA wage/hour rules.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Assist in policy development and implementation; maintain handbook and procedures.
• Handle employee relations counseling and exit interviews.
• Support performance management processes and disciplinary actions.
• Maintain HRIS records and generate reports.
