Job summary

InteLogix is seeking a Human Resources Generalist focused on California to support HR operations across designated regions. You will handle employee relations, onboarding, policy implementation, and compliance, working closely with senior HR management in a remote-friendly hybrid setup.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field with at least 5 years of progressive HR experience, particularly in California wage/hour rules and CFRA/PDL leave.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, generalist preferred.
• California wage/hour, CFRA/PDL compliance knowledge.
• Experience with HRIS and MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Administer HR plans and policies; update employee handbook.
• Support regional HR operations, especially in California.
• Conduct new hire orientations and write job descriptions.
• Handle employee relations and exit interviews.
• Maintain HRIS records and generate reports.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Support performance management and disciplinary actions.
• Conduct HR investigations and provide recommendations.
