Job summary

InteLogix is seeking an HR Generalist to support HR functions with emphasis on California compliance, policy implementation, onboarding, and performance management. The role requires strong employee-relations experience and the ability to work remotely across multiple states.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in HR or related field and at least five years of generalist experience, including CA wage/hour rules, CFRA/PDL leave, and HRIS proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field required
• 5+ years of HR generalist experience, preferably in a multi-state environment including California
• Working knowledge of CA wage and hour rules (meal/rest periods, overtime), CFRA/PDL leave, PAGA exposure
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and data reporting; ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Strong communication and organizational skills; proficiency in MS Office tools

Responsibilities

• Assist in development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
• Handle employee relations counseling, investigations, and exit interviews
• Maintain HRIS records and generate reports
• Support performance management processes and disciplinary actions
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws; support onboarding and training
