Job summary

InteLogix, a leading provider of integrated solutions, is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support designated regions with a primary focus in California. You will handle employee relations, onboarding, performance management, and policy implementation in a remote, full-time role.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field and at least 5 years of HR generalist experience, with strong knowledge of CA wage/hour, CFRA/PDL leave, and HRIS proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably as a generalist.
• Experience supporting California employees and knowledge of CA wage/hour rules.
• Proficiency with HRIS and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to handle confidential information discretely.

Responsibilities

• Support employee relations, onboarding, performance management and training.
• Assist in policy implementation and compliance with employment laws.
• Maintain HRIS records and generate reports.
• Conduct HR investigations and recommend actions.
• Provide support for affirmative action and CA-specific programs.
