Qualifications

• Licensed real estate professional in good standing.
• Excellent communication and rapport-building.
• Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues.
• Proven lead generation and prospecting skills.
• Ability to write and negotiate offers for buyers.
• Familiarity with PLACE technology and team standards.

Responsibilities

• Execute PLACE lead generation systems weekly.
• Conduct two open houses monthly.
• Convert prospecting activities to appointments.
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards.
• Participate in team activities per team standards.
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings, and Partner Call.
• Consult with buyers and identify homes; sign buyer agreements.
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of buyers.
• Track activities and clients with PLACE technology.
