Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in business systems, data analysis, or operational support.
• Working knowledge of SAP systems and data reporting best practices.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains BI dashboards and reporting tools to track key metrics.
• Supports system health monitoring, testing, and troubleshooting across business areas.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and improve customer experience.
• Assists with vendor relationships, contract terms, and performance tracking.
