First American is looking to add a Business Segment Manager. In this role, you are responsible for the day-to-day operational functions related to providing Title services to customers. The BSM oversees production operations of a group supporting multiple counties and is accountable for both internal and offshore production units.

What You'll Do:

• Supervise staff, coach, mentor, and manage performance and development. Assign work, monitor progress, hire, train, and provide feedback.
• Manage employee relations, performance appraisals, salary, incentives, and hiring processes.
• Support Title Production operations, working to improve organizational performance and costs.
• Analyze financial data to enhance unit cost performance and make operational changes.
• Manage process workflows and electronic databases.
• Communicate roles and responsibilities clearly, provide feedback, and identify training needs.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to ensure high-quality, cost-effective, and timely product delivery.
• Oversee daily segment operations, including offshore and onshore staff, ensuring organizational flexibility.
• Manage vendor relationships, negotiate costs, and handle customer concerns.
• Monitor quality and turnaround time goals, providing regular reports and analysis.
• Travel to offsite locations as needed.

Pay Range: $72,125-$96,125 annually. This range is an estimate and may vary based on experience, skills, and location.
