Job summary
Ericsson Mobile Financial Services is seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to drive new business growth across our Mobile Financial Services portfolio in North America. This hybrid role requires three days onsite in listed locations and frequent travel to win complex, high-value deals.
You will build executive relationships, position Ericsson as a strategic partner for digital financial infrastructure, and collaborate across product, pre-sales, delivery, legal, and finance
Qualifications
- 8–12 years of enterprise sales experience in Mobile Financial Services, fintech, or payments.
- Experience selling to financial institutions or fintech customers.
- Track record of new business acquisition and revenue growth in outbound sales.
- Ability to close complex, high-value deals and engage executive stakeholders.
- Willingness and ability to travel approximately 50% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Generate net-new business across USA and target segments with proactive outreach and pipeline creation.
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles as the accountable sales lead from prospecting to delivery handover.
- Drive large, multi-million-dollar platform or services-led engagements.
- Develop business cases and value narratives to articulate customer outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to shape and win deals and manage CRM accuracy.
- Represent Ericsson at client engagements and industry events.
