Job summary

Ericsson is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to drive new business growth across Mobile Financial Services in North America. This hybrid role requires building strategic accounts, shaping value-led propositions, and closing multi-million-dollar opportunities with financial institutions and fintech clients.

You will develop ecosystem partnerships, lead cross-functional teams, and travel up to 50% to client sites and events.

Qualifications

8–12 years of enterprise sales experience in Mobile Financial Services/fintech or payments.
Proven ability to generate new business and close complex, high-value deals.
Experience selling to financial institutions or fintech, with broad regulatory knowledge.
Strong executive-level relationship skills and deal-structuring/negotiation capabilities.

Responsibilities

Generate net-new business across USA and target segments with proactive outreach and pipeline creation.
Lead end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting through negotiation, close, and transition to delivery.
Develop compelling business cases and value narratives to showcase Ericsson differentiation.
Collaborate with product, pre-sales, delivery, legal and finance to shape and win deals.
Represent Ericsson at key industry events and client engagements.
