Shamrock Trading Corporation, via Ryan Transportation, is seeking an accomplished Business Development Manager to drive new freight brokerage and 3PL opportunities in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

You will identify, pursue, and close new accounts while expanding relationships with existing clients, delivering transportation solutions, and mentoring sales teams. Travel as required to grow the footprint.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven success in high-performance B2B sales.
• Experience in freight brokerage or logistics.
• Track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and disciplined pipeline management.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and secure new customers requiring freight brokerage and 3PL services.
• Close high-potential prospects into long-term clients.
• Grow and maintain relationships to maximize account value.
• Expand business within current accounts.
• Mentor new sales representatives and account managers.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM for lead handling, call tracking, and opportunity management.
• Advise clients with transportation logistics expertise.
• Collaborate with leadership to refine sales strategies and drive growth.
• Oversee onboarding, including contracts and setup.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure flawless service delivery.
