Silvus Technologies, a Motorola Solutions subsidiary, seeks a Business Development Engineer to bridge RF capabilities with US Air Force requirements. You’ll support field tests, demos, and customer engagements, traveling up to 50% while collaborating with Engineering and BD teams to shape product roadmaps.

Role focuses on SD-RF integration, tactical networks, and DoD programs, with remote work options depending on location.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; security clearances may apply.
• Exposure to SDRs, IP routing, and tactical comms systems.
• Basic RF test equipment familiarity and US citizenship required.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze Air Force operational priorities and map requirements to radio solutions.
• Plan networks, configure tests, and run live field trials and evaluations.
• Demonstrate interoperability of StreamCaster radios across environments.
• Collaborate with BD to align technical work with strategic priorities.
• Develop technical demos for airborne, edge, and expeditionary needs.
• Support RFI/RFP responses and end-to-end network testing.
• Conduct market research on potential integrations with partners.
• Engage with DoD stakeholders and translate feedback into roadmaps.
• Travel 50% for field tests and customer engagements.
