Motorola Solutions is seeking a Business Development Engineer, US Marine Corps, to join the Applications Engineering team. This role bridges RF capabilities with Marine Corps requirements and trends, reporting to the Director of Applications Engineering.

You will support Marine Corps acquisitions, demonstrate interoperability of StreamCaster radios across environments, and travel up to 50% for field tests and customer meetings, with remote work option depending on location.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or a related C5ISR field with 2-5 years of demonstrated experience in systems engineering or defense technology roles.
• OR High School Diploma/GED with 5+ years of relevant technical or defense experience.

Aufgaben

• Assist in analyzing USMC priorities and map requirements to tactical radio solutions.
• Support field trials, modernizations, and evaluations.
• Collaborate to leverage testing data for proof of concept and architectures.
• Maintain alignment with Business Development for technical needs.
• Assist in building technical demonstrations for expeditionary networking needs.
• Contribute to RFI/RFP proposal support.
• Perform market research for potential integrations.
