Job summary

Tampa Honda is looking for an energetic BDC Agent to join our team. You will connect with customers, schedule appointments, and make a strong first impression that supports the sales team.

This role requires solid phone experience, excellent communication, and a passion for helping customers. You will maintain CRM data and collaborate with sales to maximize show rates and satisfaction.

We’re looking for an energetic, customer-focused BDC Administrator to help drive our sales team’s success by connecting with customers, scheduling appointments, and delivering an outstanding first impression of our dealership.

What You’ll Do

• Answer inbound sales inquiries and follow up with internet leads in a professional and timely manner.

What You’ll Bring

• Previous phone, call center, BDC, customer service, or appointment-setting experience preferred.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Comfortable making outbound calls and handling a high volume of customer interactions.


• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.


• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn dealership software systems.
