Atlantic Coast Honda in Jacksonville seeks an experienced Automotive BDC Manager to lead our Business Development and e-commerce operations. You’ll turn internet leads into appointments, showroom traffic, and sales opportunities while coaching a team and improving results.

You’ll manage inbound inquiries, develop a follow-up process, and monitor performance metrics to maximize opportunities, partnering with sales leadership to strengthen online performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Automotive BDC/Internet Sales leadership.
• Proven track record of leading a BDC team and driving results.
• Strong knowledge of internet lead management and appointment setting.
• Excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills.

Atlantic Coast Honda on Cassat Ave. is looking for an experienced Automotive BDC Manager to lead our Business Development and e-commerce operations.

We’re looking for a proven leader who knows how to turn internet leads and customer inquiries into appointments, showroom traffic, and sales opportunities. If you have a successful background leading an automotive BDC, coaching a team, and improving results, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, coach, and manage the automotive BDC / Internet Sales team
• Manage inbound internet leads, phone inquiries, and customer follow-up
• Develop a consistent lead follow-up and appointment-setting process
• Assign leads and monitor activity to maximize opportunities
• Train team members on phone, internet, and customer communication skills
• Track key BDC performance metrics, appointments, and results
• Partner with dealership sales leadership to strengthen e-commerce and internet sales performance

What You’ll Bring

• 2+ years of Automotive BDC Manager, Internet Sales Manager, or similar dealership leadership experience required
• Proven track record of successfully leading a BDC team and driving results
• Strong knowledge of automotive internet lead management, CRM follow-up, and appointment setting
• Strong leadership, coaching, and people-management skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Sense of urgency and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable working with reporting, customer data, and performance metrics
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
