Planet Honda, part of Lithia & Driveway, seeks an experienced Internet Sales Manager/BDC Manager to oversee BDC operations and maximize sales opportunities. You will coach a performance-driven team, manage both traditional and digital marketing channels, and coordinate follow-up processes to improve lead engagement.

• 3+ years as Internet Sales Manager or BDC Manager in a dealership.
• 5+ years in a Lead BDC Agent role is a plus.

Our ideal candidate is a dynamic and metric-driven leader who will oversee and optimize our BDC operations. This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in managing BDC teams and processes to maximize opportunity generation for sales staff. You will play a key role in coaching, training, and leading your team to ensure every lead is effectively engaged, including hands-on involvement in call handling and follow-ups. Experience with both traditional and digital marketing channels, website coordination, and marketing performance analysis is highly desirable.

What You’ll Bring:

• 3+ years of experience as an Internet Sales Manager or BDC Manager in a dealership setting
• Additional experience (5+ years) as a Lead BDC Agent welcomed
• Progressive growth in responsibility and performance
• Ambitious leadership with a passion for developing teams, driving business results, and customer satisfaction and retention
• Demonstrated success in overcoming objection and optimizing lead conversion, including "TO" phoning strategies
• Skilled in coordinating marketing initiatives and reporting on ROI
• Familiarity with dealership management systems, primarily eLeads and VinSolutions
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

Total Rewards

The estimated annual earnings for this position ranges from $90,000 to $150,000. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes commission based off department net, and bonuses based on Manufacturer Approvability, Total Units, and Flat Rate Hours.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
