This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $90,000 to $110,000, plus commissions. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience and a background in engineering or business. Responsibilities include cultivating relationships and leading proposal development. This hybrid role allows for a flexible work environment, primarily based in Denver or Boulder, CO.
Qualifications
5+ years in energy efficiency or AEC.
Proven ability to open new doors and manage multi-million-dollar sales cycles.
Must possess current US Work Authorization; no employer-sponsored VISA support.
Responsibilities
Lead the acquisition of 12–20 new enterprise-scale customers annually.
Convert consulting customers per year into design-build signings.
Identify and cultivate relationships with C-suite and facility leaders.
Direct the development of high-impact proposals.
Act as a key presence at regional industry events.
