Job summary

PNC is seeking a Relationship Banker Business Specialist based in Wilmington, NC. This role focuses on acquiring and expanding Consumer and Business Banking opportunities under 2MM in revenue, while leading collaboration with a broad ecosystem of partners to deliver a superior client experience.

You will manage proactive lead generation and referrals, building loyalty and guiding clients through deposits, lending, cash management, and investing solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• Experience in consumer and business banking is preferred.
• Notary public eligibility or ability to obtain notary status is required by some states.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and expand share of wallet for Consumer and Business Banking opportunities under 2MM in sales revenue.
• Lead management and referrals to ecosystem partners to grow business Banking relationships.
• Develop ecosystem leadership with partners like PNCWM, Private Bank, Business Banking and Mortgage.
• Deliver a differentiated client experience from acquisition through onboarding and servicing.
• Ensure risk management and adherence to all policies and procedures.
