Job summary

PNC Milford OH is seeking a Relationship Banker Business Specialist to lead customer engagements and grow consumer and business banking relationships under 2MM in revenue. You will collaborate with ecosystem partners, deliver tailored financial solutions, and ensure a differentiated client experience.

The role emphasizes proactive lead generation, risk awareness, and close coordination with branch leadership to expand wallet share and provide excellent service.

Qualifications

• Roles at this level typically require a university/college degree with < 1 year of professional experience and/or successful completion of a formal development program.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• No Required Certification(s)
• Notary Public eligibility in the applicable state

Responsibilities

• Acquires and expands share of wallet for Consumer and Business Banking opportunities under 2MM in sales revenue.
• Proactive lead management and referral generation to grow business banking relationships.
• Develop ecosystem leadership inside and outside of the branch with COI.
• Deliver a differentiated client experience across deposits, lending, cash management, payments and investing.
• Create referrals and follow up with ecosystem partners to expand share of wallet.
• Engage clients in lobby activities and educate on PNC products and services.
• Adhere to policies, manage risk, and participate in branch daily operations.
