Responsibilities

• Acquire and expand share of wallet for Consumer and Business Banking opportunities under 2MM in sales revenue.
• Lead and collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow business and manage referrals.
• Proactively generate leads and schedule appointments inside and outside the branch.
• Deliver a differentiated client experience from onboarding to servicing, solving problems with urgency.
• Develop ecosystem leadership with COI partners and coordinate with branch leaders.
• Educate clients on products and leverage technology to meet holistic financial needs.
