Job summary

PNC is seeking a Relationship Banker Business Specialist based in Bryn Mawr, PA. This in-office role focuses on expanding client relationships across Consumer and Business Banking with a strong emphasis on service, lead generation, and collaboration with ecosystem partners.

Not sponsorship for employment visas or STEM OPT is provided. The position requires a university degree and a minimal amount of professional experience, along with adherence to risk controls and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• University/college degree with < 1 year of professional experience and/or completion of a formal development program.
• Notary Public in the applicable state is required.
• Background checks as required by Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations.

Responsibilities

• Acquires and expands share of wallet for Consumer and Business Banking opportunities under 2MM in sales revenue.
• Delivers a differentiated client experience from acquisition through onboarding and servicing.
• Leads proactive lead generation and creates appointments inside and outside of branch.
