Job summary

PNC's Willow Grove Upper Dublin Branch seeks a Relationship Banker Business Specialist to deliver tailored financial solutions for consumer and business customers. Based in the office, you will build trust through proactive outreach, partnership with branch teams, and a differentiated client experience.

You will manage accounts under 2M in revenue, expand share of wallet, collaborate with ecosystem partners, and uphold risk controls while guiding clients from onboarding to day-to-day banking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Experience in banking or financial services preferred but not required.
• Notary Public eligibility may be required in some states.

Responsibilities

• Acquires and expands share of wallet for Consumer and Business Banking opportunities under 2MM in sales revenue.
• Leads and collaborates with ecosystem partners to grow business banking relationships.
• Develops ecosystem leadership inside and outside the branch with COI.
• Delivers a differentiated client experience from acquisition through onboarding and servicing.
• Manages risk through adherence to policies and procedures and assists with branch operations.
