Job summary

PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. seeks a Relationship Manager I - Business Banker in the St. Louis market to grow a business banking book by leveraging client relationships and internal partners. The role focuses on cash flow solutions, credit and non-credit products, and generating revenue through a broad portfolio of services.

You will manage the ongoing sales cycle, develop COI relationships, and collaborate across teams to deliver tailored financial solutions for middle-market clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of relevant/direct industry experience.
• Experience in business banking or relationship management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationship with clients to grow revenue and market share; handle origination, financial analysis, negotiation and documentation of credit and non-credit products.
• Acquire/expand/retain client relationships to generate revenue and deepen share of wallet; manage the sales cycle.
• Manage risk/return and mitigate regulatory, reputational, operational and credit risks.
• Develop COI relationships to meet sales goals and collaborate with internal partners to expand the portfolio.
• Present full range of PNC products to clients and leverage sales tools to convert opportunities.
• Demonstrate ability to analyze and mitigate credit risk per internal policies.
