Job summary

PNC is seeking a Relationship Manager I - Business Banker in the Chicago Market to grow a portfolio of small business clients with sales between $2M and $10M. You will advise on cash flow solutions, manage the sales cycle and collaborate with internal partners to onboard and expand the business portfolio.

Qualifications

• University/college degree required with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Certifications are often desired; equivalent education/experience may be considered.
• Sponsorship for employment visas not provided; no STEM OPT for this position.

Responsibilities

• Handle relationship management activities with new and/or existing clients to grow sales and market share with relevant sales goals.
• Acquire/expand/retain client relationships to generate revenue and deepen share of wallet; manage origination, financial analysis, negotiation and documentation of credit and non-credit products.
• Identify and mitigate risks including regulatory, reputational, operational and credit risks.
• Focus on client opportunities by understanding needs and financial well-being; increase client engagement and loyalty.
• Build a network of internal and external relationships to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships; leverage bank-wide products.
