Job summary

JVMH Infotech in Pontiac, MI, seeks a mid-senior Business Analyst to support Infrastructure Services across Networking, Server, and VoIP teams. The role requires ownership of assignments, strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities include data analysis, designing solutions, writing technical requirements, testing and implementing technology solutions, researching, creating procedures, user training, and drafting RFQs and deliverables.

Qualifications

• Experience with ServiceNow integrations (Asset Management, Inventory Management, CMDB discovery, Webex).
• Telecommunications Expense Management experience a plus.
• MUST HAVE strong experience using M365 Productivity Suite.
• MUST HAVE data analytics experience.
• Experience with Contracts and Request for Proposals a plus.

Job Description:

• Business Systems Analyst on projects across Infrastructure Services, including Networking, Server, Workstation Services, O365, VoIP Telecommunications and Service Center teams.
• Candidate must be a self-starter who takes ownership and responsibility of project assignments. BSA will apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help support the project, and to ensure that deliverables are met according to specifications.
• BSA duties will also include data analysis, designing solutions and writing up technical requirements, testing and implementing technology solutions, conducting research, creating procedures to improve the existing systems, providing training and support to users, writing Request for Proposals and Contract Scope of Deliverables.
