Job summary

LanceSoft Inc is seeking a Business Analyst to support infrastructure services projects across Networking, Server, Workstation Services, O365, VoIP, and Service Centre teams. The role requires strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with ownership of project deliveries from requirements to deployment.

The candidate will analyze data, design solutions, write technical requirements, perform testing, and provide training and user support.

Qualifications

• Experience with ServiceNow integrations, including Asset Management, Inventory Management, CMDB discovery.
• Telecommunications expense management experience is a plus.
• Strong experience using the Microsoft 365 productivity suite.
• Data analytics experience is required.
• Experience with contracts and requests for proposals is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams to implement solutions across Networking, Server, and Workstation services.
• Create procedures, test solutions, and train users.
• Draft RFPs and define contracts scope of deliverables.

Position: Hybrid

Job Description

Business Systems Analyst on projects across Infrastructure Services, including Networking, Server, Workstation Services, O365, VoIP Telecommunications and Service Centre teams. Candidate must be a self-starter who takes ownership and responsibility of project assignments. BSA will apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help support the project, and to ensure that deliverables are met according to specifications. BSA duties will also include data analysis, designing solutions and writing up technical requirements, testing and implementing technology solutions, conducting research, creating procedures to improve the existing systems, providing training and support to users, writing Request for Proposals and Contract Scope of Deliverables.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

• Experience with ServiceNow integrations (Asset Management, Inventory Management, CMDB discovery, Webex)
• Telecommunications Expense Management experience a plus
• MUST HAVE strong experience using M365 Productivity Suite
• MUST HAVE data analytics experience
• Experience with Contracts and Request for Proposals a plus
