Premiere Building Products is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support contractors and homeowners with product questions, quotes, orders, and warranties while delivering friendly, knowledgeable service.

This role emphasizes building lasting relationships, accurate quotes, showroom assistance, prompt responses to calls and emails, and collaboration with sales, warehouse, and delivery teams for a seamless Premiere experience in a faith-driven environment where generosity and excellence

Qualifications

• Industry experience in building materials, construction, home improvement, or related field.
• 3+ years of relevant customer-facing experience involving product knowledge, quotes, orders, or project support.
• Customer-focused approach with ability to build ongoing relationships beyond a single transaction.
• Attention to detail to ensure accurate quotes and orders and timely follow-through.
• Dependable with strong ownership and prompt responsiveness to customer needs.
• Solutions-oriented mindset with initiative and problem-solving.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Outlook and CRM/ERP systems is preferred.
• Values-driven, fitting into a faith-based culture of generosity, partnership, and excellence.

Responsabilités

• Answer product questions, provide quotes, place orders, assist with warranties, and resolve service needs.
• Build lasting relationships by learning customer needs and providing knowledgeable service.
• Assist showroom visitors with product options and accurate quotes and orders.
• Respond to calls and emails promptly, handling quotes and inquiries.
• Prepare accurate quotes and orders, aiming to complete quotes within one business day.
• Take ownership of issues, track missing products, coordinate warranty reorders, and follow through.
• Support contractor pickups with paperwork and signatures for efficient service.
• Maintain showroom samples and stocking to aid product selections.
• Collaborate with sales, warehouse, and delivery teams for a consistent customer experience.
