Job summary

QXO is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to deliver exceptional customer service and support sales growth through product knowledge, quotations, and order management. You will be a primary contact for contractors, builders, homeowners, and commercial customers, assisting with product selection, pricing, and project support.

You will collaborate with Outside Sales, Operations, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Delivery teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment and outstanding customer experience.

Qualifications

• Front-line customer service and sales experience required.
• Spanish bilingual proficiency a plus.
• Ability to communicate and follow up with customers, vendors, team members, and management.
• Eagerness and ability to learn and retain product information.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process requests for price quotes, orders, returns, cancellations, product information and availability, billing inquiries, and corrections.
• Plan and implement telemarketing and prospecting objectives.
• Coordinate delivery and pick up of orders with operations teams.
• Provide support to Outside Sales team.
• Adhere to pricing guidelines and policies of customer financial services.
