Job summary

Lansing Building Products, LLC is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to be the primary showroom contact, handle calls, and process orders. You will prepare quotes based on architect plans and develop product knowledge to serve customers effectively.

You'll use the inventory system for orders and assist in warehouse tasks as needed, contributing to smooth showroom operations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Prior sales experience preferred but not required.
• Strong commitment to customer service.
• Teamwork and ability to work independently with customers.
• Computer skills and basic keyboard proficiency.
• Goal-oriented with a willingness to take on new challenges.
• Knowledge of building principles and products is a plus.
• Ability to lift and carry boxes up to 70 pounds.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual Spanish proficiency a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary contact for customers visiting the showroom.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, answer inquiries and process orders.
• Prepare quotes for windows and other exterior building products from architect plans.
• Develop thorough knowledge of Lansing's products and services.
• Fill customer orders using the inventory system and manage inventory.
• Assist in the warehouse including loading/unloading materials as needed.
